The world’s largest construction company, Big D Construction, will construct two large offshore oil-and-gas projects in an area that’s home to three major oil platforms.
The company has partnered with Devon Energy, which operates two of the platforms, to build the projects.
The companies are building a new oilfield and a terminal that will include both a refinery and two smaller terminals.
They will also build a large new storage facility.
The projects are part of the larger $1.3 billion North American Offshore Energy Terminal Initiative (NAETI), which was announced by President Donald Trump in December.
It seeks to secure more than 20 percent of the world’s offshore oil production by 2020 and to expand offshore production by up to 40 percent by 2030.
The two projects are the largest of their kind to date and will increase capacity at the two platforms.
Big D completed its first offshore oilfield in the U.K. in 2014 and the first offshore gasfield in Canada in 2014.
It also operates a large facility in the Caribbean that it leases to Shell and other foreign oil companies.
The firm has previously worked on a project in Norway and offshore Australia, where it has partnered to build an oil-field, a terminal, a refinery, a gas storage facility, and a liquefied natural gas terminal.
The U.S. is the world leader in offshore oil development, with more than $6 trillion in offshore assets under construction, according to the Department of Energy.
Big d was established in 2012 and has more than 1,600 employees.
