A lot of those are things like grass, turf, and turf fields.
There’s nothing wrong with these things, and the NFL has used them for decades to enhance its stadiums and other venues.
But the league’s civil construction policies have gotten more restrictive over time, and that trend has caused some to question whether or not the league can continue to rely on these things.
